How does Sanoflow pricing work? How much will it cost me?
There are two parts to your bill:
Sanoflow subscription – A fixed monthly or annual subscription fee (see the pricing table above).
WhatsApp API Charges – WhatsApp’s official per-conversation fees, billed at cost (no markup). Check country-specific rates on the WhatsApp Business API Pricing page.
- Customer Success and Onboarding support – This is an optional add-on designed based on your business’s special requirements.

Is Sanoflow a Meta Official partner?
Yes. Sanoflow is a certified Meta Business Partner and official WhatsApp Business API solution provider. We meet Meta’s security, reliability and data-privacy standards so you can deploy WhatsApp messaging at scale with confidence.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, you can! You can link your existing WhatsApp number to Sanoflow. Before onboarding, you’ll need to delete the WhatsApp account associated with that number. If you want to save your chat history, you can back it up before the switch.
Is there a setup fee for using the WhatsApp Business API?
No, there’s no setup fee to start using the WhatsApp Business API with Sanoflow.
What does WhatsApp conversational-based pricing mean if WhatsApp is free?
While WhatsApp is free for personal use, businesses using the WhatsApp Business API are charged based on conversation categories, such as service, marketing, or authentication. How can I determine my conversation usage cost?
You can estimate your costs using the WhatsApp conversation cost calculator. Simply input the number of expected conversations to get a breakdown of charges for different categories, such as service or marketing.
What is the flow enrollment limit? How can I increase my limit more than my plan allows?
A flow enrollment limit is the maximum number of chatbot sessions (flow enrollments) your account can start in a billing period. Each time a customer triggers a bot flow, it counts toward this cap.
You can boost your flow enrollment capacity immediately by choosing one of the following options:
Buy add-on sessions: In Settings → Billing, select and purchase extra flow enrollments.
Upgrade your plan: Move to a higher tier for a larger built-in limit and volume discounts.
Contact Sales: For very high or custom volumes, our team can create an enterprise package with priority support.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrading your plan or switching from a monthly to an annual subscription is easy and can be done via the “Manage Plan” section in your account settings. Plan changes are prorated for upgrades, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For assistance, contact us at billing@sanoflow.io.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No, Sanoflow operates on a pay-as-you-go basis with no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime. Note that we do not offer refunds for the remaining subscription period or unused credits.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept international credit cards for online payments. For annual plans, you can also pay via bank transfer. Contact billing@sanoflow.io for more details.
Is there a limit on the monthly active contacts?
No, all our plans include unlimited monthly active contacts, so you can grow your business without restrictions.
