Sanoflow March 2024: Fresh Features to Simplify Your Workflows!
Spring is here, and so are some powerful updates from the Sanoflow team! We’ve been working hard to bring you new tools and enhancements to streamline your operations and improve communication. Here’s what’s new this month:
What’s New in March?
1. Enhanced WhatsApp Broadcasts
We’ve revamped the CSV upload functionality for WhatsApp broadcasts, making it easier than ever to upload files and send messages to your audience. With smoother uploads and better file handling, managing your campaigns is now more efficient and hassle-free.
2. New WhatsApp Message Support
Location and Sticker Messages: Sanoflow now supports incoming location and sticker messages on WhatsApp. Whether customers share their location or send a fun sticker, you can view and respond to these messages directly in your inbox.
Forwarded Label: Incoming messages marked as forwarded now include a “Forwarded” label, providing better context for your conversations and ensuring clarity in message origin.
Workflow Automation Upgrades
1. New Workflow Logs UI
Keep track of all workflow executions with our redesigned Workflow Logs UI. This new interface provides detailed visibility into your automation processes, helping you monitor triggers, actions, and outcomes effortlessly.
2. Shortcut Triggers in Workflows
We’ve introduced a new shortcut trigger type that allows workflows to be invoked directly from the inbox page. This means faster automation and fewer clicks, enabling you to save time while managing customer interactions.
3. Two New Workflow Triggers
Enhance your automation with two powerful new triggers:
Enquiry Added: Trigger workflows whenever a new enquiry is created.
Enquiry Status Updated: Automatically execute workflows when the status of an enquiry changes.
Both triggers now operate at the contact level instead of being tied to specific contact channels, giving you more flexibility and precision.
4. Three New Workflow Actions
Take your automation to the next level with these new actions:
Create Enquiry: Easily create enquiries with a UI-based alternative to the create enquiry API, perfect for users who prefer an interface-driven approach.
Add Comment: Add comments to contacts directly from workflows. These comments are visible in the inbox and enquiry/contact details, helping you document and share important context with your team.
Add Task: Assign tasks or call-type tasks to a contact for better organization and follow-ups. This ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Improved Reporting & Appointments
1. Conversation Heat Map
The Conversation Heat Map report has been updated to group data by weekdays. This enhancement provides clearer insights into conversation trends, helping you identify busy periods and plan your resources more effectively.
2. Activity Section in Appointments Module
We’ve added a new Activity Section to the appointments module. This feature gives you a detailed view of scheduling activities, updates, and interactions, offering greater clarity and control over appointment management.
