May brings meaningful upgrades across messaging, AI assistance, usability, and stability. Here’s everything you can use right now, plus quick paths to try each item. 🔧

1. Messaging & Communication

• Carousel Templates (Cloud API) — NEW
  Create richer WhatsApp journeys with carousels you can add, edit, and send.
  Where: Channels → Cloud API → Templates → Create (Carousel)
  Good for: product menus, multi-service pickers, promo packs

• WhatsApp Template API reliability — sturdier sending and management.

• Email alerts for missing templates — get notified before appointment reminders fail.
  Where: Settings → Notifications

• Forward location messages — share received locations with teammates or other channels.

• Optional email field in chat widget — capture emails at chat start.
  Where: Settings → Channels → Chat Widget → Fields → Email (Optional)

2. AI-Powered Upgrades (Beta)

• Knowledgebase controls in Inbox (Ask / Reply / Suggest) — enable suggested answers, auto-drafts, or guided replies powered by your KB.

• AI credits usage in Organization Limits — track monthly consumption for planning.

• Billing page revamp — clearer pricing view and tidier sections.

• Notification sounds apply instantly (label updated to “No sound”).

• Keyboard navigation for snippets — type / in Inbox, then use ↑/↓ to select.
  Where: Inbox → Composer

• Role name update — “Patient rep” is now “Agent.”

• Removed waitlist button (Appointments) — a small cleanup to focus the screen.

• Launch a carousel: Cloud API → Templates → Create (Carousel) → send via flow or campaign

• Turn on KB Assist (Beta): Settings → AI & Knowledgebase → choose Ask/Reply/Suggest
