1. Forwarding & Replying in Inbox

Forward & Reply Options

Communicating with customers should be efficient, whether you’re following up on an existing conversation or routing a message to another teammate. Our newly introduced Forward and Reply features in the inbox make this easier than ever.

  • Single-Click Forward: Send messages on to the right teammate or team with a single click, no need for copy-paste.
  • Inline Reply: Respond directly from the inbox thread, keeping your attention on the conversation at hand.

Why It Matters:
Being able to forward or reply to messages seamlessly means your team can handle customer queries and issues more fluidly. No more jumping between views or awkward copy-paste efforts.


2. Redesigned Add Flow Interface

Fresh UI for Flow Creation

We’ve updated the Add Flow interface to provide a more intuitive experience when designing your workflows. From selecting triggers and conditions to assigning tasks and setting automated actions, it’s all now displayed in a cleaner, more concise layout.

What’s Improved:

  • Simplified Layout: Fewer nested menus and clearer groupings for different flow elements.
  • Real-Time Preview: See changes as you build your workflow, helping you verify and adjust effortlessly.
  • Contextual Guidance: Helpful tips appear when hovering over different components, guiding you through advanced features without cluttering the main interface.


3. Fallback Team for Auto-Assignment

Backup Team Assignments

To keep workloads balanced, many of our users configure round-robin assignments. But what happens when your first-choice team isn’t available? Now, you can designate a Fallback Team for auto-assignment.

Key Benefits:

  • Reduced Bottlenecks: No more tasks piling up when your primary team is at capacity or on leave.
  • Smoother Handoffs: Prevents important tasks from slipping through the cracks by directing them to a secondary team.
  • More Control & Customization: Configure different fallback teams for various workflows, giving you total flexibility.


4. Customer Support & Embedded Documentation

Built-In Help Resources

When you or your customers need assistance, you can now access Customer Support and Embedded Documentation from right inside Sanoflow. These updates aim to keep support readily available and to provide step-by-step help for common procedures.

Highlights:

  • Direct Support Links: Contact the support team with one click from any Sanoflow page.
  • Contextual Guides: Our embedded documentation walks you through the exact process you’re in the middle of, offering timely tips and instructions.
  • In-App Tutorials: Get quick lessons on how to leverage new features or optimize existing workflows.


Performance Optimizations & Bug Fixes

  1. Shared Enquiry View Team Filter

    • Updated team filters for shared enquiry views to align with the original creator’s settings. Everyone sees the same dataset, enhancing transparency and collaboration.
  2. WhatsApp Template Enhancements

    • Improved error logging for any issues with template sending.
    • Refined SMS fallback so that if a WhatsApp template fails, the system automatically sends an SMS to keep your communication channels consistent.
  3. Various Bug Fixes

    • General stability improvements across the platform.
    • Minor UI enhancements to deliver a smoother overall experience.
