Sanoflow Product Update – March 2025

This month, we’re rolling out a range of improvements designed to help you get more out of Sanoflow—whether you’re managing billing, scheduling appointments, or refining workflows. Here’s a look at what’s new:

1. Billing & Payment Enhancements

  • Billing Reliability & Visibility
    We’ve introduced several fixes that improve the stability of our billing system and provide clearer insights into your usage.

  • Drip Flow Billing Limits
    To keep you on track with your plan, drip flows now actively enforce billing limits. This offers greater predictability in your monthly costs.

  • Channel-Specific Payment Permissions
    Payment permissions are now tied to the specific channel you’re using, giving you more granular control over who can access sensitive financial data.

  • Enhanced Billing Page & Payment Details

    • Improved Usability: The billing page has been reorganized for a smoother user experience.

    • Set Billing Information: You can now add custom billing details for each payment transaction.

    • Redesigned Sidebar: Payment details have been grouped into a cleaner, more intuitive layout for easy reference.

  • Flexible Payment Filters
    We’ve updated the payments table to support multiple filters, simplifying the process of tracking transactions across various payment methods or date ranges.

2. Enquiry, Contacts & Appointment Enhancements

  • Advanced Date Filtering
    New and improved date filters let you quickly narrow down enquiries or contacts, saving time when searching through large volumes of data.

  • Dependency Fixes
    We’ve resolved location, specialist, and service dependency issues in both enquiry pipeline settings and CSV imports, ensuring your data remains accurate when uploaded or modified.

  • Appointment Notes Filtering
    Filter contacts by appointment notes, making it easier to revisit cases or follow up on specific discussions.

3. Inbox & Messaging Improvements

  • Faster Chat Loading
    Optimizations in the inbox now let you access conversations more quickly, improving team responsiveness.

  • Auto-Resizing Inbox Input
    With the inbox text field auto-resizing, you can type more lines before scrolling, offering a more comfortable writing experience.

  • Reply & Forward Outbound Messages
    Managing follow-ups becomes easier with reply and forward options for outbound messages, letting your team seamlessly continue customer conversations.

 

 

4. Drip Flows, Campaigns & Automation

  • Shortcut & Recurring Triggers
    Drip flows can now launch on shortcut triggers or run on a recurring schedule, giving you more ways to automate repeated tasks.

  • Campaign Logic in Drip Flows
    We’ve moved recurring campaign logic from the new campaign setup page into drip flows for a more unified automation experience.

  • New “End Flow” Action
    A dedicated step to end flows cleanly ensures your processes wrap up exactly where you intend.

  • Stop Flows from the Logs Page
    If a flow is running unexpectedly or needs urgent attention, you can halt it right from the logs page—no need to hunt for the specific automation.

  • Flow Steps & Templates Fixes

    • Flow Steps Updated: We’ve refined flow steps to better support drip flows and their triggers.

    • Create Campaign Step Fix: An issue with the “Create Campaign” step not working properly in drip flows is now resolved.

    • Corrected Required Fields: Mapper fields in “Send Template” actions are no longer incorrectly flagged as mandatory.

 

 

5. Meta, APIs & Integrations

  • Meta Ads Reporting
    By leveraging Conversions/Insights API, you can now track the performance of your Meta ads directly within Sanoflow. (Requires Meta permission approval.)

  • Sanoflow API Channel
    Integrate external apps with Sanoflow through our new API channel, opening up new possibilities for customized solutions.

  • Expanded Channel Count
    Our channel limit now accounts for all integration types (not just messaging), giving you a more accurate overview of your total channel usage.

  • Gupshup Channel Fix
    We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing successful addition of new Gupshup channels.

 

 

6. UI, UX & Usability Upgrades

  • Flows List Page Filters
    New filters in the flows list page help you quickly locate specific workflows, which is especially useful if you manage multiple automations.

  • Unified Flow Creation Modal
    We’ve updated the flow creation modal and template flows UI to offer a consistent, polished design throughout Sanoflow.

 

 

7. Other Fixes & Improvements

  • System Performance & Stability
    We continue to refine our codebase to deliver faster, more reliable performance across all modules.

  • Reviews Module Removal
    We have completely removed the Reviews module to concentrate on more widely used features.
