We’re halfway through 2024, and this June, we’re introducing updates that will help you keep track of your workflows, improve organization, and stay on top of your messaging campaigns. Here’s what’s new:

1. Kanban View for Enquiries
Managing your enquiries just got easier. We’ve introduced a Kanban interface:

Drag-and-Drop Simplicity: Move enquiries between stages with ease.
Better Workflow Control: Spot bottlenecks and prioritize tasks quickly.
This feature gives you a clear, actionable view of your pipeline, helping you stay organized without extra effort.
2. Campaign Mode Updates
We’ve made campaign modes smarter by automatically setting them based on the selected template category:
Transactional or Promotional: Templates now guide mode selection to ensure accurate and compliant campaigns.
Reduces guesswork and helps you focus on crafting effective messages.
3. Improved Forms for Contacts & Enquiries
Flexibility is key, and now you can manage your forms better:
Remove previously entered data when it’s no longer needed.
Keep your contact and enquiry records clean and up-to-date with minimal hassle.
Enquiry Settings Enhancements
Disqualify Reasons
We’ve reorganized disqualify reasons to make them easier to find and use:
Now located in the pipeline tab instead of the general tab.
Changing an enquiry’s status to “Lost” prompts a modal to collect a disqualification reason, ensuring better tracking and insights.
These changes help you gather feedback effortlessly, making it easier to understand why certain enquiries didn’t move forward.
WhatsApp Improvements & Alerts
1. Failed Message Handling
Failed WhatsApp messages are now managed more effectively:
Issues are flagged clearly, giving you the chance to take action quickly.
Ensures that important messages don’t get missed.
2. New Alerts for Admins
In-App Notifications: Stay updated on WhatsApp Cloud API issues with timely alerts.
Daily Messaging Limits: Receive reminders when campaigns are close to reaching your messaging limits.
These updates give admins the tools they need to stay informed and act proactively.
Template & Account Management Enhancements
1. Updated Template Page
The Template page now has a fresh look:
Intuitive Design: Quickly find and manage your templates.
Reduces the time it takes to prepare your campaigns.
2. WhatsApp Account Improvements
Managing WhatsApp accounts is now simpler:
Clearer messages when removing accounts so you know exactly what’s happening.
A pre-requisites modal appears when adding new accounts, guiding you step-by-step through the setup process.
Restored Options & General Fixes
Options to unlink alternate contacts and create appointments or enquiries have been restored.
Bug fixes and other improvements have been made to improve reliability and performance across the platform.
