 To send messages through WhatsApp, you need a dedicated WhatsApp number and access to the WhatsApp Business API. The API lets Sanoflow send approved templates—like appointment reminders or test results—to your patients. Setting it up involves registering a phone number with Facebook Business Manager and getting those message templates approved.
